wrong item again

Bad customer service, they can't get the order right. I ordered a yellow tool set on wheels for boys but got a pink kitchen set for girls. We returned the item that was completely wrong just to see that the same wrong item was delivered again. Can't the person packing see the difference in the codes, colour and toys?
