Wrong item
I bought a daily deal special, Canon camera set which includes the camera, a camera bag, 2 lenses and a 16GB memory card but when they delivered it was a 8GB memory card, I know its not a biggy but I have phoned their call centre and they kept on saying they will come and collect the wrong memory card and deliver the correct memory card. This was end of September, it's almost 2 months now and I still havn't received the correct memory card. Ticket number for this query at Takealot is #*** . They have phoned me after I complained directly to them, which I told them Im going out of the country for a week, they told me they will communicate via e-mail to me. NO RESPONSE

It doesn't matter how big or small a difference there is to the item you received. The fact of the matter is that the item is not what you ordered and we should have corrected this when you first informed us about the discrepancy. It's unacceptable that this matter hasn't been resolved yet and we'll make sure to address this accordingly with the parties who were supposed to do so.
