Wrong Headboard Size- Refund Me

1st time buying from you and the experience has been so bad. I bought a queen size headboard, there was numerous delays on the delivery. I was patient and postponed my travelling in December. Finally it got delivered, and it looked nothing like what was advertised and the size was much smaller. I logged a return request and when I called them to reschedule collection there was no answer. On email, I was then advised to log a new return request when I’m back. The return request is now listed as concluded, on the 3rd Jan I was told that the fulfilment team will have to manually resubmit the return request. I followed up yesterday, the person I spoke to said I was going to get an email updating me of the request. Please come collect your headboard and refund me. order #***
