Wrong goods received again.

Think twice before you order from Takealot. This is the second time I get the wrong goods from them. This time I ordered a tend, a specific color and they send me the wrong color. I paid extra money for a Next day delivery and only received it 5 days later. What is the point selecting the option next day and you pay more for a Next day delivery then you have to wait 5 days. I placed an order on the 31 October 2024 and only received it on the 5th November 2024. And then you get the wrong goods. How disappointed I am in takealot.
