Wrong goods delivered - no service

I ordered a few things. An office chair was delivered instead. The more I tell them that I did NOT order an office chair, the more I receive e-mails telling me my order was delivered and they hope I am happy with it. I am NOT. Their call centre sucks. Nobody knows what to do, so they keep escalating the problem. I think the escalation has been done 7 times now and takealot still CANNOT get it right. Shame on you Takealot. You SUCK!!
