Wrong Fridge

I bought a hisense water and ice dispenser and takealot delivered a fridge without dispenser upon logging a return they took time to fetch it and eventually did and told me they gonna review it then boom I get an email stating that my return has been declined due to me sending a wrong fridge!! My frustration is how so as they are the ones who delivered a wrong item in the 1st place??? Something that was supposed to be a gift to me turned into a nightmare. Hello Peter kindly assist as I need help in this regard.💔💔
