Wrong earbuds

Im so disappointed i return a item on the 1st of November then a month later they emailed and then when i read the email the got my earbuds mixed up with someone elses earbuds im so disappointed in takealot in the moment i have prove that their earbuds are not the ones i sended back for damages and to get replaced
