Wrong details from call centre!

Just called call centre about order #***6. I received sms that order will be delivered today. App also show 7 Dec out for delivery. The lady told me on her system it shows still at courier facility, 5min later courier delivers order. What is wrong with your system? How can you trust the information if the call centre and the app differs?
