Wrong description for products

Good day, on the 24 August I bought n paid for 1x zonabel fitbit versa melanese rose gold straps using pay fast for R299, then what happened when I went back to check the straps description I found that under"Please note"it says it fit fitbit charge 2 watch, but on the description it says versa, I tried to cancel the order without any luck, because I created a new account I was qualifying for free delivery, now I lost tht prividge, n I can't cancel the order,
