Wrong delivery wrong person

<p>We ordered a couple of things on the 5th of December 2016. According to takealot the parcel was delivered to us. We have not received anything and have complained 6 times now already. According to them it was delivered to us. Lesiba somewhere signed and took our things. We did not sign did not receive anything. No one is sorting out the problem and we are extremely disappointed. Previous order before this one the courier company phoned and refused to deliver to us and we had to drive 57km to pick up the parcels. This time no one phones and just gives the parcels to anyone as they please. No one is coming back to us....</p>
