Wrong delivery twice this week

This week I received 2 deliveries both wrong first one I could have let slide, but when it happened a second time I was really upset and disappointed in takealot! I mean who have they packing the packages for clients and to mess up a two orders in one week is really ridiculous. And when I spoke to the lady at support they said they will come take the package back and then they have to investigate ! And I asked just bring me what I ordered she said they can’t have to investigate!! I am seriously disappointed in this now I have to wait another couple of working days in order to get both my orders right!

Seriously who do you have working in those warehouses.
