Wrong Delivery

I've never been so disappointed in Takealot. I was always so impressed by their service. 2 weeks ago, I bought a Ironing Board that was on special from R795 down to R425, upon delivery, the wrong board was delivered, much cheaper board and black whereas the board i ordered was white with orange/red big dots. I send it back after sending pictures and barcodes to their customer service. One consultant told me he can re-order it since it was still advertised for the same price. I ordered it again, my order arrived on the 15/08 and once again, with the wrong board that looks exactly like the 1st wrong board, just a different color. How can the same mistake be made twice in a space of a week. If they cannot supply, don't advertise. I had to send the board back today for the second time. Pure incompetency. Very disappointed.
