Wrong delivery & bad customer service

I ordered a headboard and a pedestal and waited weeks for it, only for Takealot to deliver the wrong headboard.

I immediately request an exchange and inform them I didn't even fully open the packaging they can collect immediately. They came to collect BUT DIDNT BRING MY HEADBOARD and I have yo wait another week.

This is their error I shouldn't have to wait!!!
