Wrong delivery

I ordered the Sappi Birds book with call finder pen R1600 and received 'Mentor to Millions by Kevin Hrrington & Mark Time the wrong book after a 3 weeks wait. To try phone their no is impossible don't get through. Mail them finally got a reply to say the book was found and is on its way to warehouse. Then got mail to tell me out of stock. Then want to give me a takealot credit. Cut a long story short send what people order don't take their money then say out of stock. They won't see me again
