Wrong delivery address twice

I ordered last wee and I supposed to receive my parcel on Friday and then I realized that the address was incorrect then I’ve been calling into get some help in terms of address change and they couldn’t and the guy went to deliver at an incorrect address which was in Roodepoort instead of Santon and then he called me we spoke. I told him the correct address on Friday and then Monday yesterday they went again to deliver at the wrong address and today I’m still waiting for my product for my parcel it’s been three days now this is not acceptable.
