WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

I placed an order yesterday where I specifically asked that my package be delivered to my home address in Durban. Today I received an email telling me it was ready for collection in your Cape Town warehouse. Knowing the caliber of your help desk I can only hope that this message will assist me in getting my parcel delivered to the correct address.
