Wrong delivery address

<p>I had the worst experience with Takealot i bought goods by them and were told they were by my house and someone said they dont know about this however after their responce cleary they were at the wrong house as i made the arrangements for that day for the collection, i have been told that my money will be refunded but i made a commitment that i will be buying this for a present for the special price that i bought it for.</p>
