Wrong Delivery 3 Times

I requested for Electric and gas heater, and they delivered Gas only heater (without electric bars), they have made a mistake 4 times with wrong article delivery, even when I called their customer help center, they promised to deliver the item i ordered but they still deliver wrong item. Looks like their dispatch does not know the difference between electric and gas heater, and gas only heater.
