Wrong colour in my order

I bought silicon rings from them awhile ago and the order went through without a problem and they delivered on time which was great but they sent the wrong colour ring. Obviously it's used as piece of "jewelry" and colour was important to me. I didn't return it because I needed it before a certain date and just wear the colour ring they chose for me.
