Wrong AND defective products twice in a row

I have ordered and received the wrong excercise trampoline twice now from 2 different suppliers. The first one was different and had a missing part with a box that looked like it was returned a few times before. The second was a spring trampoline instead of the bungy type ropes.

The lack of oversight from Takealot of what the suppliers actually ship to customers is now getting to a point where I can't trust what I order from takealot anymore. I was looking for a complaints area on takealot but can only find your FAQ pages. Sorry Takealot, the next big order I had in my shopping cart will now be dropped, and I'll take my business elsewhere.
