WRONG AND DAMAGED ITEMS FROM TAKEALOT

so the 25th april i ordered a sunset lamp for my daughter it came wrong item i then returned it and was refunded everything except my delivery fee so i had to call and request my refund as the item was wrong. i then on the 9 may reorder sunset lamp again but from different seller for delivery today. it arrives and i open it only to find the head of the lamp is broken off in the box and the item again is wrong. what the hell is going on? i have never had so many issues with takealot before. this is really inconvenient for us as customers because we need to keep calling for refunds and to find out why the orders are constantly wrong or broken. i have requested a refund and i would like a full refund including my delivery fee of R70 plus R240 for the item.
