WRONG ADVERTISING AND PASSING THE BUCK

I am disgusted and very irritated at how this all went down.

During "Black friday" BLUE DOT SPECIALS on Takealot.com i bought these pot set for R399 and PAID for it. Money went off my card immediately and all systems go (ordered and paid for at 08h06...order is meant to arrive on the 11th of December. By 16h11 i received an email saying the product was advertised with the wrong price and therefore they are crediting me back with R399 and an additional R250. After alot of back and forth...they are refusing to give the product that I paid and that they advertised for. The way the situation was handled from their staff is totally shocking. I will never ever ever buy from them again because this is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
