Wronful declined return.

I am very upset at takealot, I think the user that wrote a complaint earlier they love our money and will assit very fast when it comes to orders but will take their sweet time to assist with a return. Better yet they are very good at declining a return. A driver that collected my return order which is MRR_VVQPA_P7K7 stole one of the items I retured and now my return was declined, no one is calling me I just keep getting call centre agent that need me to narrate the story from the begining.
