Wrond items delivered - No one to assist

I made an order on takealot and the wrong items were delivered. I have been trying to call the call centre for the past 3 hours with no success. Please rectify my order. Time is of the essence with regards to this order. I am shocked as to how what was delivered vs what was ordered transpired.
