Wow what great service

<p>I placed an order on Takealot, there was a misunderstanding with the delivery time and I found they would take too long to deliver the order of the product I purchased. I found a similar product which could be delivered sooner so I asked if I could swop my order. Without hesitation they said yes and within 30 minutes the new product was order and no difficulties with payment as I had already received a credit for the initial order. Thank you Takealot. It is not common these days to get such fantastic service!! A lot of companies could learn many good lessons from you.</p>
