Worstalot from Takealot!!!!

4th time in a month that takealot deliviers the incorrect order or incorrect quantity.

I am at a lost for words with takealot. And each time all you have to say is sorry. Please Please Please tell me at what stage do you as Takealot start to take responsibility for 4 orders in n row that was incorrect??? You clearly have no shame!!!!!!
