Worst website.. Con artists.

I bought a hard drive from their website and returned it the same day. The courier arrived 2 days later and collected it. Ok the 3rd day after collection they have listed the product as arrived back in there warehouse and has been refunded. This is 19 days later no refund in my account. I have phoned 33 times and had 17 differant emails from takelot. Some say they want my bank details to do the refund. Another says I never returned the product. The latest one says they are trying to investigate where the product is. I will post there tracking info from there warehouse that they recieved the hard drive.i dont know why this has become my problem and 19 days later I still don't have a credit. So you anyone out there reading this...DON'T USE OR BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS.
