Worst Takealot service

I ordered a s. Pen for my note 8 phone on the 25th, waited 4 days for it to be delivered. Upon opening the parcel it was 2 feeding bowls for dogs. We logged a return, waited for the incorrect parcel to be collect.

Everytime I inquire about my s. Pen its the same lame and repeated answer " it takes 3-5 days to process and blah blah blah.

In the meantime im still sitting with a pen for phone, a phone that I need to for work.

Just pathetic service from such a big company.
