Worst Takealot service

I bought a wasging machine on Takealot and it was rather expensive, it was supposed to be delivered on 3 March 2023. There was an issue with the courier service and on the app it said that it would be delivered 4 March between 8 and 5. Waiting the whole day nothing happened. I have now sent about 3 mails and made a phone call where there is an automated response of that the courier service will be contacted and I will be notified when they get a response. I also sent a message on Facebook, no one contacted me back. It is now 9 March, I still have no idea when my washing machine will be delivered as there are no updated messages on the Takealot app. This is the worst service I have ever received from an online purchasing business. As no one comes back to me and I am not getting any concrete answers for my situation. Order #*** Kruger van Deventer
