Worst Takealot return that took more than 5 months and counting

I returned A1 Bluetooth Smart watch on the 06/03/2020 with return ref: RRN-8EAE-FE7F till today I have not been refunded. The feedback is always a delay tactic of Takealot is investigating we will get back to you. I even ask for refund to be a Takealot voucher since it is clear that this won't be exchange. No response.
