Worst Takealot experience EVER!!!

I ordered a table via Takealot it was defective. I have been trying to get them to refund me WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS!!! I have been calling for days and I am being sent from pillar to post. They claim that the courier that collected the table was not assigned by them. HOW ON EARTH WOULD THE COURIER KNOW WHERE AND WHEN TO PICK UP A PARCEL FROM A CLIENT??????
