Worst supply and delivery from Takealot

I ordered on 15 March a product with a delivery date acertained bg Takealot to be delivered on 22 March. On 23 March I contact Takealot about my order and they did not have a clue where my product was! Then they said they need to talk to the supplier and come back to me. TAKEALOT NEVER CAME BACK TO ME. When I contacted them two days later they said they will deliver on 27 March!! I ghen cancelled the order which was a mission and it was only refunded 10 days later!! I don't wish this kind of service to anyone!!!
