Worst site to buy from

So takelot basically ****** me, i bought an item it was faulty i logged an exchange request they send a driver gives me the new unit and does not collect the broken one the driver contact me same day saying he forgot to pick it, so i told him ok even the exchanged one not working and i logged another exchange request so they can come collect both he said it is fine next day they send me another driver i took photo of the reg number though, anyways he collects both units and does not give me my exchanged one.

I kept getting emails that they are trying to collect an item that was already collected and today its 7 days am still waiting on my exchange unit or a refund all phone calls does not get answered they have no emails to contact them on and am so angry about this experience, i want my money back and i will never ever buy anything from this **** site.
