Worst shopping experience yet

I ordered from takealot and was informed that my package would be delivered on 20/02/2025 i called Courier It on Friday 21/02/2025 and they told me that they only deliver to my area on Tuesdays and that i should call again on Monday to confirm delivery on Tuesday on Tuesday i called Courier It and they told me that they could not deliver to my address and that i should give them an alternative address an cell number in town it is now 19:55 still no call or package
