Worst services, almost a month still waiting on my order

I ordered something on the 25th Sept i am still waiting on my order whenever i track it there is some lie that i was not available for deliver now today it say i address can't be located. Why isn't tbe delivery company call me. I am waiting so long this is the worst and lying services i have recieved.
