Worst service to customers. No customer service.

I first bought the first diagnostic tool on the 30th of October and then on the 7th of October they emailed us that they could not get the tool nor could they get another one from another dealer. I then found another one with the same link on take a lot's app. I ordered it then and got it on Thursday but it was not the right model. now they first investigate what went wrong as if it was my fault as the customer that they didn't send the right stuff. I already reported it to them yesterday and they still haven't even come to collect the tool
