**Review for Takealot - Disappointing Experience**

I recently made significant purchases from Takealot, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and two Packard Bell tablets. While I had high hopes for these items, my experience with the tablets has been incredibly frustrating.

Unfortunately, one of the tablets has small spec's , my child needs it for school. When I attempted to return it, Takealot sent it back twice, claiming that all the accessories were missing. This was simply not true! I had packaged the tablet carefully, and it was hardly used—essentially brand new—yet Takealot insisted it wasn’t in its original box, using it as yet another excuse to refuse the return. We always returnd some items in the pass without original packaging and the never complained.

To add insult to injury, I spent a long time on the phone with their customer service, who promised to resolve the matter and initiate a refund for the one tablet. However, these promises turned out to be empty, and I found myself dealing with the same issues over and over again, with the tablet being sent back each time.

Given the substantial amount I've spent recently with Takealot, including major household appliances, I expected a much smoother resolution process. Instead, I’m left feeling frustrated and disregarded as a customer. I sincerely hope that Takealot can improve their service and truly stand behind their products.

Disappointed, and certainly not what I expected from such a well-known retailer.
