Worst service Takealot

I bought a Kreepy Kreepy Krauly DominatorLite Kombi from this useless company. Received the parcel and could not get the nit to function correctly. I then returned the unit to Takelot for a refund, only to be denied due to parts missing. So this box is 1.2m long and approximately 250 x 250mm. They send a bike to collec the unit form my house. We had to remove all the parts form the box to make it fit in the bike carrier. Now there are parts missing and I am blamed! No follow up done by Takealot at all to find out where the parts are.

I whave now closed my accout with this useless company and will ensure everyone I know will hear about the poor service.
