Worst Service Take a lot

I bought two hot sauces on take a lot and they were delivered broken. I logged a return due to damage and it was said my order would be delivered 2 days later. On the date I waited for delivery and nothing was communicated. 7days later no communication and no delivery. As an online store it is very disappointing that they failed to sms or email and let me I know why my order hasn’t been delivered. I am still waiting and at this point I just want a refund
