Worst service support for sellers

Takealot unaccountable for lost stock....No one in management will talk to you ..Sellers beware if you want to sell with Takealot ...They have a huge *****ling problem in their warehouse. and when you want help to get paid back for lost stock no one assists you at all ... BEWARE ..they want you to follow all their protocol but they do not assist you in any way....Their return policy is insane .. you can use it and then return whenever you want and be refunded immdiately and seller gets nothing but charges. You as a seller mean nothing to them , they only make money from you and do not assist you if you have any queries...
