Worst service, ****** by Take a lot.

We bought a zanna contamporary L-shaped couch on the 12 Nov 2021(price R9,999). It was delivered on the 18th with a hole at the back. We booked a return collection... it was collected on the 19th Nd a new couch zanna contemporary 3 seater (priced R6,999)was delivered on the 03 Dec 2021. Since then I’ve been asking them to give me the difference or refund me but no one is willing to help me...I’m stuck with R6,999 couch but I paid R9,999...so good luck if u still wanna shop with Take a lot
