Worst service on warrantee and refund TAKEALOT

I bought a Nutri bullet through take a lot that broke 3 months ago whilst still under warrantee, i requested the item to be picked up and refunded, after 21 days after picking up the item they just returned the broken item without an explanation or refund, i again booked a return and refund, now after another 21 days still no refund and they show the transaction as completed from there side!!!
