Worst service on a long time

The worst service ever. I ordered hormone tablets and went to pick up at there new offices in canal walk on Monday. Only to discover when I got home there warehouse send me the wrong product. Today I take it back and I get told they cannot take the product I must phone there customer service. Now i get told by there customer service I must take the wrong product back to there offices in canal walk and then they will investigate what went wrong.

The correct way would have been to collect the wrong parcell from me.

Bring my product I paid for and investigate on your own time what went wrong and fix ot going forward.

I needed those tablets and im going on leave. Empty handed and furious for the inconvenience and *********** people and i wont have my product by Friday.

Definatly wont make use of them again soon and there management dont phone you either.
