Worst service of my life

I would like to rate takealot -5. I have ordered an item and they send the wrong color. Sent it back only to receive a new item that's completely damaged. At this point I've waited more than a month and do not thing that a return would be viable as the same thing would most probably happen the 3rd time. I request for a refund for the broken parts but with no like I get the old process card wich didn't work twice already so I'm unwilling to wait for another order for the 3rd time. I requested a new item the same time as they collect the broken item but they first want to assess the broken item before they send a new one. It this point I don't know what to do because I can't get past delivery and I don't want them to collect the item because I needed it very badly and I can't wait 3 months for this thing to be returned constantly. Their suppliers are not up to standard
