Worst service in my life

<p>Ordered Montego dog food almost three weeks ago. They delivered cat litter instead. I have been calling the supervisor on duty every day , and every day they say theyll swap it. Its been three weeks. Not one single person has got back to me. For three weeks. No communication, empty promises. The last person said theyll sort it out in 24 hours. That was a week ago. I have had bad service before , but this is the worst. And all they can offer me is, well exchange it. Irrespective that it still has not been done. And still no reply.</p> <p>order ********** 3</p>
