Worst service I have ever received!!

Dear TakealotI will try and write this with a smile.....smiling, because I am shocked....AMAZED....Confused....Your next day, next week delivery changed to next Month delivery(Hopefully before the end of this month). What should have been a delivery in 5 days, is now almost a month and still waiting! You sent the package to the incorrect courier, then back to the warehouse, back to the supplier, ordered it again; I was informed that the package will be delivered within 5 days; and again, it was sent back to the same incorrect courier. #takealot #*** #***
