Worst service from UselessAlot AKA TakeAlot

Takealot has absolutely no clue what communication or customer service means. My most recent order was rescheduled for delivery 3 times without any form of notification or communication. Their telephone numbers have some silly message and then just drops the call, so no one you can talk to. They couldn't be bothered to reply to any of my attempts to contact them via email or social media (Facebook and Twitter). When they eventually decided to actually deliver my order, then they responded to all my communication attempts, well too little to late, no use in contacting me once I have my order, that is what they should've done when I sent countless messages trying to find out what is going on. Their service is plain *******!!!
