Worst service from takelot!!

I bought a NEW nestling table set. On arrival it was already used. I took photos direct after delivey. Eventually the big table collapsed. Upon return it was declined stating the table was used. I am now without a table and without the money I have paid. I am now battling for a month to get them to assist me, unfortunatly they dont care about their clients, looks like their suppliers is more impotant as they can sell substandard "used" products with no consequences. False advertising as well as it was supposed to be a new table. Worst service ever.
