Worst service from takealot lying about vouchers & lost deal

Very disappointed with takealot... Visa gave me a R200 voucher however when I tried to use it to purchase items it said it was not usable... When I contacted takealot today they say something about they have used there own qouta of vouchers & cannot issue this voucher even though it's still valid till 30 Aug... Absolute sham...i was ordering the Russell Hobbs electric salt & pepper & even missed the deal because of there incompetence...
