Worst service from Takealot.com failure to deliver purchase

<p>I purchased dog food on Takealot.com and was sent confirmation of delivery to take place Wednesday however as at Friday I was still waiting. The call centre gave me sad excuses like my address didn't print clearly on the waybill to assurances of delivery the next day. Eventually yesterday I had to cancel my order as I was spending more time on phone calls trying to resolve this issue and delivery was already 2 days overdue. My order reference ***</p>
